Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implementing performance review processes and working with department leaders to design and monitor key performance indicators.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs and organizing learning opportunities to enhance employee skills.
HR Policy Development: Creating and updating HR policies in line with current legislation and company goals.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Overseeing payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Compliance: Ensuring all HR activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
Office Management: Managing office resources and supplies to ensure that all aspects of our workplace are conducive to a productive and welcoming environment.
