The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for multiple resorts and the corporate office. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various departments, ensuring timely closures and maintaining manpower strength as per business requirements.
Understand manpower requirements shared by HODs and maintain a recruitment tracker.
Source profiles through job portals (WorkIndia, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and field hiring.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and company requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, documentation, and joining.
Ensure closures within defined timelines, especially for urgent positions (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, Operations, Accounts, Admin, etc.).
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for bulk/urgent positions.
B. Offer & Onboarding
Prepare salary structures, offer letters, and appointment letters.
Ensure timely joining, document collection, ID card creation, and HRMS creation.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for induction and onboarding activities.
Track probation completion and confirmation documentation.
C. Recruitment Operations
Maintain detailed records: recruitment trackers, candidate database, interview feedback, and offer records.
Prepare weekly and monthly hiring MIS for management review.
Ensure hiring compliance as per company policies and resort-specific requirements.
D. Coordination & Communication
Work closely with HODs, Cluster Managers, and the HR Head to understand hiring priorities.
Provide recruitment status updates regularly.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the organization.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
