Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR reports.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee files.
Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for timely salary processing.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
Assist in performance evaluations and maintain appraisal records.
Conduct employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure HR policies, rules, and procedures are followed.
Maintain compliance records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and HR management tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
