Recruitment and hiring:

Overseeing the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Employee relations:

Managing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and acting as a bridge between employees and management.

Performance management:

Implementing performance review procedures, assessing training needs, and coordinating development initiatives.

Compensation and benefits:

Designing compensation and benefits packages and administering them to employees.

Policy and compliance:

Developing and updating HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them, and staying current on labor laws.

Payroll and records:

Managing payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and handling exit formalities.

Training and development:

Assessing training needs and coordinating programs to improve employee performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,606.84 - ₹15,100.00 per month
