Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain updated employee records and HR databases.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs.
Conduct one-on-one check-ins and collect feedback to improve workplace culture.
Support conflict resolution and ensure transparent communication.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll
Track attendance, leaves, and compensatory offs accurately.
Work with the finance team for monthly payroll processing.
Ensure policy compliance for leave, attendance, and performance reporting.
4. Performance & Development
Support managers with performance reviews and PIP processes.
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning sessions.
Maintain employee growth and performance data.
5. Compliance & HR Administration
Maintain employee contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Handle exits, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
