2. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with
Labour Laws

Factories Act

Shop & Establishment Act.
Maintain
employee records, registers, and statutory documentation.
Handle
employee onboarding / exit formalities
as per company policy.
Liaise with external consultants for
audit and compliance filing.
3. Recruitment & HR Operations
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
-- sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain
job postings
, coordinate with agencies, and conduct
walk-in interviews.
Draft
offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
Support management in
performance review, employee engagement, and training.
Maintain and update
HRMIS / employee database.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in
Human Resources / Commerce / Management.
Experience with
Payroll software / Tally HR module / Excel.
Knowledge of
PF, ESIC, TDS, Labour Law compliances.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Prior experience in
manufacturing or jewellery sector
is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in
recruitment and HR documentation.
Ability to manage
factory and office staff records.
Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential data.
