Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups
Support onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of documentation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Provide payroll-related support such as attendance and leave tracking
Coordinate internal communication and engagement initiatives
Draft HR letters, contracts, and maintain compliance documentation
Respond to basic employee queries and assist with issue resolution
Contribute to performance management and feedback collection processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-1 year of experience in HR or relevant internships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage
