Job Summary:
The Human Resources Executive will support the HR department in all aspects of employee management, recruitment, administration, and compliance. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR operations in alignment with the school's values and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Facilitate onboarding of new staff and ensure proper induction.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for staff queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain positive employee relations and assist in conflict resolution.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data accurately.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Performance Management:
Support appraisal processes, performance tracking, and employee development initiatives.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, school policies, and statutory requirements.
Assist in updating HR policies and communicating changes to staff.
Training & Development Support:
Coordinate staff training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the education sector.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
