We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle retail hiring and onboarding. The role is focused only on recruitment and onboarding for retail staff. Compliance, payroll, and other HR functions are managed by a separate team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail sales staff positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selection).
? Develop hiring strategies to meet staffing requirements within defined timelines.
? Conduct interviews and coordinate with store managers for final selection.
? Handle pre-joining and onboarding formalities for new hires.
? Maintain candidate databases in google docs.
? Ensure smooth integration of new staff into the retail operations team.
Requirements:
? Any gender, age 21-35 years.
? Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
? 2-3 years of experience in retail hiring / frontline hiring.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to manage bulk hiring and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
? Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
Work Schedule:
? Days: Monday to Saturday
? Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
