Position: HR Executive (Male/Female candidates can apply)

We're looking for a

proactive and people-oriented HR Executive

to join our team at

Kharadi, Pune

. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions including

recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance

, while ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding) Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, documentation, and exit process Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and employee databases Assist in payroll coordination and leave management Drive employee engagement initiatives and team activities Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines Support performance management and appraisal processes

Qualifications & Skills

0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration

(Freshers with HR knowledge can apply)

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

(Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of basic labour laws and HR practices (preferred)
