Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for various roles.
Coordinate induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, personal files).
Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and standard processes.
Support day-to-day HR operations ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
3. Compliance & Statutory
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain compliance reports, registers, and audit-related documentation.
Liaison with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of statutory laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
