Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising vacancies, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Policy Implementation: Draft, implement, and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance by all staff members.
Staff Coordination: Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking; provide support for professional development initiatives.
School Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks and assist management in smooth school operations.
Parent & Coordinator Communication: Act as a liaison between parents, coordinators, and school management, ensuring effective and professional communication.
Event & Activity Management: Organize and coordinate school activities and events (both on and off campus).
Social Media Management: Handle school's social media platforms, posting updates, and promoting events to enhance visibility.
Management Support: Collaborate with school leadership to implement strategic goals and ensure smooth execution of institutional policies.
Conflict Resolution: Address grievances and ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional school culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an educational or service-oriented organization.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HR software/ERP, and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all HR and administrative matters.
