Manage job postings and coordinate with department heads for staffing needs.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the resolution of employee concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive work culture and team morale.
3.
Training & Development
Help coordinate training sessions and compliance courses for staff.
Monitor employee development plans and maintain training records.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
4.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Assist in goal setting, feedback, and evaluation processes.
Help department managers address underperformance issues professionally.
5.
Payroll & HR Administration
Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Assist with benefits administration and attendance tracking.
6.
Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel HR policies.
Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Keep updated with changes in labor legislation and HR best practices.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience:
3 to4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Experience in a unionized hotel environment.
