You'll be
the go-to person
for everything HR -- from onboarding hundreds of contractual farm workers to ensuring legal compliance to keeping our records sharp.

What You'll Do
HR Operations & Workforce Management
Own the end-to-end HR process -- from recruitment to exit formalities -- for both office and large-scale contractual farm teams.
Track attendance, leave, and performance with systems you'll set up and manage.
Draft and issue contracts, letters, and documentation that actually make sense (and meet legal requirements).
Compliance & Legal Alignment
Keep us 100% compliant with labour laws, ESIC, PF, and statutory filings
Work closely with our compliance officer to ensure smooth, timely submissions.
Stay ahead of legal changes and make sure we're ahead too.
Records & File Management
Create a master HR filing system that's simple, logical, and future-proof.
Organize past records into an easy-access archive.
Digitize where it makes sense, and make our documents work for us.
People Engagement
Be the friendly, reliable bridge between management and employees.
Keep communication clear, consistent, and people-first -- even in a contractual workforce setup.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
2-4 years of HR operations experience (bonus points for managing contractual/mass workforce).
You're comfortable working independently -- and love the ownership that comes with it.
Strong compliance knowledge -- you know your PF from your ESIC without Google.
Tech-friendly (MS Office, Google Workspace).
