:Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and comply with labor laws.
Performance Management
:Oversee performance appraisal systems, guide goal-setting, and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Compensation & Benefits
:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and payroll, ensuring they are competitive and fair.
HR Operations
:Manage the daily operations of the HR department, maintaining accurate employee records, and overseeing HR budgets.
