Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Executive
to manage various HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, attendance and leave tracking, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and coordinate interview schedules
Conduct initial rounds of interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person) and assist in final selection
Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation
Maintain and update accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
Monitor daily staff attendance and ensure timely updates in the attendance system
Process and manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records
Collect and review daily work/activity reports from staff; escalate concerns to management
Support policy implementation, HR documentation, and compliance activities
Assist in organizing employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
