As a Human Resources Executive at Baclinc, you will play a key role in shaping our team, nurturing our culture, and driving our business forward. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to build a talented and dedicated team that aligns with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs and posting job advertisements to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring procedures.

2. Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.

3. Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize sessions that enhance employee skills and performance.

4. Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a productive and positive work environment.

5. Performance Management: Manage the performance review process, providing constructive feedback and guidance to employees.

6. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements within the HR domain.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry.

- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the skillsets required for various roles within the industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws applicable in Mumbai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
