Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring statuses.
Conduct background checks and verify references.
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding materials, and employee handbooks.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Support the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
PG degree in Human Resources.
1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, office management, and administration.
Strong understanding of HR practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
English proficiency is a must.
Strong work ethic and a proactive working attitude.
