About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to support our HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about
human resources, process management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Documentation
- Maintain records, contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR compliance tasks.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a bridge between employees and management for HR-related concerns.
Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
HR
1-3 years of experience
in HR coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in
MS Office & Hiring Tool
Strong
communication, organizational, and multitasking
skills.
