Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding
Maintain employee records and update HRMS regularly
Handle attendance, leave management, and assist with payroll processing
Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
Support performance appraisal processes and training coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies
