Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization
3. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
4. Implement and maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
5. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training and development programs
6. Support the compensation and benefits administration process, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment
7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
