Job Summary:
As HR Professional, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee
engagement, performance management, payroll multitasking, and policy implementation. This
role requires a proactive, adaptable individual who can manage HR processes and contribute to
a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
? Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding,
ensuring alignment with business needs.
? Employee Induction: Oversee the induction process, ensuring smooth onboarding and
integration for new hires.
? Employee Engagement & Communication: Develop and execute initiatives like weekly
emails, newsletters, and training seminars to foster a positive, communicative work
environment.
? Performance Management: Support employee development through performance
reviews, feedback, and growth opportunities.
? Payroll & Multitasking: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
with regulations while managing other HR tasks.
? HR Systems & Policies: Oversee HR software (e.g., Zoho), ensuring efficient use and
compliance with company policies and labor laws.
? Administrative & Support Functions: Provide HR support to employees, resolve
grievances, and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, payroll, and employee
engagement.
? Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
? Familiarity with HR software and compliance regulations.
