Job Description

HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions within an organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. They play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Recruitment and Hiring:

Sourcing and screening candidates:

Identifying potential employees and reviewing applications

Conducting interviews:

Evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions.

Onboarding new employees:

Providing orientation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations and Engagement:

Managing employee issues:

Addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and providing guidance.

Promoting a positive work environment:

Fostering communication and collaboration.

Conducting exit interviews:

Understanding reasons for employee departures and improving retention strategies.
Candidate must be results oriented, professional, understands the importance of closing the position on timely basis.

Pay: ?10,578.60 - ?25,000.00 per month
