About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and people-driven

HR Manager

to join our growing team at

. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive work environment, managing recruitment processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives that align with our company's culture and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives. Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development activities. Collaborate with leadership to build a strong organizational culture.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in HR or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools is an advantage.
