Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Operations
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports
Manage attendance, leave records, and daily HR operations
Client Onboarding & Coordination
Handle
client onboarding through the company portal
Collect and verify client documents and details
Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Regular follow-ups with clients for coordination and support
Office, Team & Client Coordination
Act as a communication bridge between management, team, and clients
Ensure smooth internal team coordination
Handle client communication professionally and efficiently
Invoicing & Administration
Prepare and manage client invoices
Track invoices and assist in payment follow-ups
Support management with administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations & recruitment (same domain)
Experience in
client onboarding and coordination
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Preferred Candidate
Experience in a
Digital Marketing / IT company
Organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional
