Handle end-to-end recruitment for trainers, counselors, BDMs, and support staff
Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR data accurately
Monitor attendance, punch-in systems, leave records, permissions, and compensatory leave
Coordinate with the finance team for payroll and attendance-related reports
Communicate company policies, rules, and internal announcements to employees
Ensure employees follow academy policies and workplace discipline
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries
Support management with HR reports, KPI tracking, and compliance updates
Coordinate internal meetings, notices, and HR communications
Maintain confidentiality and handle HR responsibilities independently
