Key Responsibilities

The HR Associate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, with a focus on:

HR Operations & Recruitment Support:

Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate documentation.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating necessary logistics.

Employee Relations:

Maintaining employee records and assisting with staff inquiries.

Compliance & Statutory:

Ensuring all HR activities adhere to company policies and labor regulations, particularly within the

healthcare

setting.
Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (

BBA / BS / BBM/BSc Psychology with PM&IR ,BSW (PM)

)

OR

Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources (

MBA - HR Specialization

).

Experience:

Previous experience, preferably in

Healthcare Human Resources Management

, will be preferred but not mandatory requirement.

Freshers with good confidence and leadership skills
