We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance handling, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, coordination).
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Assist in payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Support HR policies, performance reviews, and compliance tasks.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
Requirements
MBA in HR
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
