Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes -- sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Address employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues
Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and performance evaluations
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed within the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
0-2 years of HR experience (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
