HR Executive

to join our team and help drive HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the recruitment process for developers, designers, and other roles by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate with technical and designing teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Oversee administrative processes and ensure smooth HR operations. Implement and integrate new technologies to improve HR efficiency. Investigate and address employee concerns with impartiality. Support employees with appraisals, benefits, and HR-related queries. Report HR matters to senior management or the CEO. Ensure adherence to company HR policies and best practices. Maintain and update HR documentation, including Employee Handbook, Policies, and Contracts. Manage labor-related renewals and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local employment laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 Years of experience in IT Industry Strong knowledge of the HR cycle and employment regulations. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and management capabilities. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Empathetic and fair approach to HR matters. Negotiation skills for handling recruitment and payroll discussions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
