Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
Coordinate induction, training, and development programs.
Address employee queries and ensure a positive work environment.
Track attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll coordination.
Assist with compliance, documentation, and internal audits.
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR/recruitment experience preferred (freshers with internships also welcome).
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HR software/tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
