Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in managing daily HR operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, documentation, vendor coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Onboarding -
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.
-Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
Employee Records & Documentation -
-Maintain accurate employee database and personal files.
-Assist in generating HR reports as required.
-Support in updating HRMS.
Manpower Vendor Management -
-Coordinate with manpower vendors for smooth supply of workforce.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on attendance, joining formalities, and vendor invoices.
- Act as a bridge between vendors and internal teams for manpower requirements.
Employee Engagement & Support -
-Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Support in grievance handling and escalation.
Qualifications & Skills -
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR (internship/fresher applications also considered).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR systems/HRMS is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
