We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Prepare and process monthly payroll.
Manage
PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance
requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team events.
Manage performance appraisals and feedback processes.
Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring a healthy workplace environment.
Support management in audits and HR documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (generalist/recruitment/payroll).
Good understanding of
PF, ESI, and statutory HR compliance
.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
Strong people skills with a positive and approachable attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,029.75 per month
