Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive with a strong background in the restaurant industry to manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management while ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various restaurant positions.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
Manage onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Support staff development and career growth.
Payroll & Compliance:
Manage monthly attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.
Ensure grooming and behavior standards are maintained across all levels.
HR Operations & Administration:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data analysis.
Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
