Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Implement and update HR policies in line with statutory and organizational requirements.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance management cycles including appraisals and reviews.
Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and support audits.
Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
Manage exit processes including clearance, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
