Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements for non-IT roles across departments like Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts, Admin, etc.
Source candidates through various channels - job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as needed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Ability to multitask and handle multiple open positions
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws (a plus)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
MBA in HR (preferred, not mandatory)
1-3 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
