Understand requirements and prepare (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
Screening, shortlisting resumes Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interviews, and Follow-up.
Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitment from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
Evaluating the candidate's skills Confidence level and Presentation.
Responsible for handling walk-In interviews.
Responsible for Induction.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
