HR Interns

Key Responsibilities



Assist in

recruitment processes

, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication . Update and maintain

employee records

using HRIS software (e.g., Zoho, Workday) . Support

onboarding activities

for new hires and help organize training sessions . Draft HR documents, including job descriptions, offer letters, and policy updates . Participate in

HR projects

related to diversity initiatives, employee surveys, or compliance audits . Provide administrative support for payroll processing, benefits administration, and event planning .
