Job Description

We are looking for a proactive

HR Executive

to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing EdTech environment. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while supporting business growth and a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for academic, sales, marketing, tech, and support roles Maintain and update

employee records

and HR databases. Help in

onboarding new hires

, conducting orientations, and documentation. Support in

employee engagement activities

, training, and development programs. Assist in drafting

HR policies, emails, and notices

. Handle basic HR operations, grievances, and queries. Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage

employee records, HRMS updates, attendance, and leave management

Handle confirmation, appraisal, increment, and exit formalities Ensure smooth

offboarding and F&F settlements


Payroll & Compliance Support

Coordinate payroll inputs with finance or payroll vendors Assist in

statutory compliances

(PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity) Maintain compliance documentation and HR audits
Employee Engagement & Culture

Support

employee engagement initiatives

, surveys, and internal communication Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes Assist in organizing town halls, training sessions, and events
Policy & Process Implementation

Help implement and communicate

HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct

Ensure adherence to company policies Support performance management and learning initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in

HR / Personnel Management

2-3 years of HR experience

, preferably in

EdTech, Education, Startup, or Tech environment

Hands-on experience in

recruitment and HR operations

Good knowledge of

labor laws and HR compliance basics

Proficiency in

MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
