Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training and development programs
Assist in HR audits and reports
Manage exit formalities and offboarding process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
Experience with HR software or HRMS
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
