Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews. Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support payroll processing and ensure attendance accuracy. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR activities. Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic HR counseling. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required. Coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

X+ years

of HR experience (experience requirements can be adjusted). Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Preferred Skills



Experience in payroll systems. Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
