Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth execution of HR policies and supports business objectives through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Coordinate with management and other departments for HR initiatives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
