to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Assist in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
