to oversee HR activities at our factory, focusing on labor management, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), payroll processing, and grievance handling. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, and will be responsible for managing all factory employees, ensuring smooth HR operations in compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:-
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of factory workers.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and daily wages management.
Address labor grievances and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements like Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Gratuity, and other benefits.
Timely submission of PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns and reports.
Manage the generation and filing of
ESIC Challans
and coordinate with government departments.
Monitor payroll compliance, tax deductions, and contributions.
Ensure accurate attendance tracking, manage leave records, and prepare payroll inputs for timely salary disbursement.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary processing and deductions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Law, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR within a factory or manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of
PF, ESIC, ESIC Challans
, and other statutory compliances.
Familiarity with labor laws and factory regulations.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
