2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Creating & posting job openings on portals.
Screening candidates, scheduling & conducting interviews.
Coordination with departments for hiring requirements.
Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding.
3. Industrial Relations (IR)
Managing employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Maintaining discipline and supporting plant HR activities.
Coordination with factory staff & contractors.
4. Attendance, Payroll & Reports
Daily attendance tracking & leave management.
Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
Coordinating with accounts/payroll for salary processing.
5. HR Operations & Employee Support
Maintaining employee files and MIS updates.
Conducting employee engagement activities.
Ensuring smooth communication between management & staff.
