Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compensation.
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
