Mr Technology is a growing eCommerce company specializing in mobile accessories and personalized products. We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to manage and support core HR functions and contribute to building a strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR correspondence.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Prepare HR reports and maintain data using Excel or HR systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor practices, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR tools.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field preferred.
1-3 years of HR experience preferred (freshers with internship experience may apply).
