Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Post job advertisements and manage job boards.
Onboarding & Induction:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Conduct orientation sessions and manage documentation.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes.
Track and monitor employee performance metrics.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Maintain training records and evaluate training outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in an HR role.
Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
