Job Purpose



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

to support end-to-end recruitment activities and assist HR operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting business hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Understand manpower requirements from business heads and hiring managers Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements and competencies Conduct initial HR screening interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members Maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience Manage recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding formalities with HR Operations Share daily/weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with management Maintain and organize candidate database and recruitment documentation Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns

Job Portals, Recruitment Agencies, Colleges/Institutes, Background Verification Vendors

Education Qualification



Master's Degree preferred - MBA (HR) / MSW

Experience



2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Preferred Industry



HR, Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG, or any organization with structured HR processes

Functional Skills & Competencies



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Candidate sourcing (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Boolean Search) Interviewing & screening skills Onboarding & HR documentation HRMS / ERP knowledge MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Recruitment MIS and report preparation
