your role will consist of daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and compliance, acting as a link between staff and management to support organizational goals by executing policies, managing talent, and fostering a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and integrating new employees.
Employee Relations:
Handling grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting positive work environments.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits:
Assisting with benefit packages, payroll, and reward programs.
HR Operations:
Maintaining employee records, managing HR systems (HRIS/ATS), and handling daily HR administration.
Essential Skills:
Strong communication

& interpersonal skills, Knowledge of HR best practices, Problem-solving & conflict resolution, and Organizational skills & attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience in HR departments.
